AAZ high performance?

Please school me on diesel performance. My AAZ has a reman fuel injection pump with performance mods (I am not sure what was done) . The turbo comes from a 1.6. And I am going to rig up an aftercooler. The exhaust manifold is stock and so is the intake manif. I am going to fabricate my own exhaust system with 3" pipes and muffler.

How much HP and torque should I expect from this mill and what else should I do to make it go. I know a bit about gas engine performance but with diesels I am a bit green.

You should start by reading the section about making your 1.9TD a faster car in the FAQ section....
then i would add a boost guage and a EGT guage..... After your exhaust and intercooler you can start turning up the fuel and boost!!!!!
You should also find out what kind of mods are already done to the IP!!!
