• I just rebuilt my turbo today. I didn't have to ream the new journals. They slid right on.
  How much lateral play in the turbo shaft is acceptable?
  Mine still has some play.

• Keep in mind that much of that float will dissapear when you run the turbo.  The shaft "floats" in the bearings on oil.
