A New engien has been bought, Its from a skoda with 110000km on the back
The recepe is
1,9, IDI engien
12mm injektor head
155bar injectors (will be 165 sone)
FMIC
Schwitzer S1BG Turbo
The enigen is only started yet and lightly testen the boost is 1,5 att max but it comes wery late. max boost is att 5200rpm.
i discoverd that the hose betwen the compressor house nad the wastgate wasent conected, but after that i havent tested. I will do so tonight.
The old engien has been monunted down and the problem has been found. one of the things that pushes the valv down broke. iil give you a pick later tonight.( my time

All the in valves has slightly touched the pistons.
A cam lobe broke?! :shock:
Or do you mean one of the lifters?
after a moved the hose to the compresor house its mutch better om low rpm 1000-3000 but the boost still comes late. how do i get is to come erlier? tip???
keeping the wastegate closed is a good point becouse it starts opening once you have boost.
0,5bar at 3400rpm, i dont think you will ever get nice spooling with this turbo on your 1,9. I think the turbo is just to big.
its my understaning you have no big ristrictions in the intake and at least a 2,5" exhaust system, and tried more lda settings.
you can try to increase offboost feuling quantity (keep egt & smoke in check), playing some with IP timing, alltough its not gonna do much if you wanna keep it safe. installing a exhaust-turbo-wheel with more blades or other turbostuff where you need a turbo-rebuild for...
